UFC 250

These will be quick previews and predictions due to limited access at my cabin.  This is not the strongest card but a card that has a lot of potential matchups for the next UFC or 2.  These are match ups that will determine who will face the Champion in some divisions. Here we go

Evan Dunham vs Herbert Burns-  Evan hasn't really finished anyone in long long time.  Losing  last 2 fights to avg fighters have me leaning towards Herbert Burns.  Burns is a tough Brazilian who will find a way to get this to the ground and wrap up Evan in a rear naked choke.  I would wanna say Triangle Choke since I haven't had one in a while but Burns by Submission in middle of Round 2

Alonzo Menifield vs Devin Clark- This has 1st round finish written all ove rit.  menifield is big ripped guy who is very athlete and I think he will pounce and give Devin more than what he can handle.  Menifield by KO 1st Round

Alex Perez vs Jussier Formiga-  This is so hard to predict, I know this will go to a decision and thus leaving it up to the horrible judges.  I think Formiga who has fought tougher competition will edge this one out Formiga by split decision

Charles Byrd vs Maki Pitolo-  I have a bit of a suprise here, I have Maki throwing some Coconut Bomz and I think he finishes Byrd in 1st Round KO by punches

Cody Stamann vs Brian Kelleher-  This will be another suprise underdog pick.  I have Boom Kelleher by Split Decision, the reason why??? Stamann is a great fighter and he is very good at knocking out his opponent besides decisons.  Kelleher is suspectible to getting submitted but he isn't going against a submission specialist. He has an unbelievable chin and I think will survive Cody's punches and continue to press the action allowing the refs to think that he did enough to beat Stamann  Kelleher by Split Decision

Ian Heinisch vs Gerald Meerschaert-  Ian doesn't get knocked out and Meerschaert is not a knockout artist.  Meer will try to get Heinishch to the ground and do what he does best, finish!!!   Ian is no where near a Thiago Santos or Anders or Holland or Hermansson which who he has lost to in past 8 fights.  I think Meerschaert will win by Guillotine choke  Meerschaert by Submission 1st Round

Alex Caceres vs Chase Hooper-  OK... Chase got extremely lucky against Teymur.  Teymur isn't a very good fighter and he luckily got him in a submission after getting knocked down.  Chase chin has not been tested and I saw several flaws with standing with another fighter.  Caceres has been around a long time, has face the best and has beat some good fighters, very good fighters.  I think Caceres will win by KO via 1st Round!!! Possibly submission, Caceres will knock him down and ground and pound so possibly throw in a rear naked.

Sean O'Malley vs Eddie Wineland-  Sean has this sense of cockiness but has backed it up so far, reminds me of a Yair Rodriguez type fighter that can do a little bit of everything.  Wineland isn't going to take this lightly and has a good chin, I think wineland will attack early which sets up Sean for some counter punches, kicks and I think Sean O'Malley will win by Oma Plata!!!  lol Sean by KO or Submission via 2nd rd

Neil Magny vs Anthony Rocco Martin-  I don't have the slightest idea, this is another one that will be left up to judges and I think Magny will throw enough punches and kicks to look good enough to win... Magny by Unamious Decision

Cory Sandhagen vs Aljamain Sterling-  I know everyone probably has this as a decision but I think this will be Sterlings Match to prove he deserves a title shot Sterling will come pumped up and attack early and often and will win Sterling by KO or Submission via Punches on ground or rear naked or maybe a nasty triangle

Cody Garbrandt vs Raphael Assuncao- This will be interesting.  Cody is a professional boxer in my opinion.  He is one of the best punchers in UFC.  Assuncao is a bigger guy who is a submission specialist.  He will be looking to take Cody to ground and Cody will try to knock him out.  If Cody connects, it's over but I think Assuncao will wrap up Cody and finish him in 2nd Rd via Submission

Felicia Spencer vs Amanda Nunes-  Nunes did not finish DeRand and she didn't look too good.  Spencer is tough, very tough.  Tough enough to go the distance with Justino.  Nune did knock her out but going the distance with her shows a lot of heart and good chin.  Spencer is good on the ground and likes to attack, Nunes does like to do same as well.  This is a coin flip I think Spencer by rear naked choke or Nunes will win by split decision
